Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila is celebrating French Month, paying homage to Sofitel’s French history, culture, and tradition.
“Sofitel as a French brand takes pride in being on the forefront of gastronomy and culture. Cheese is part of the core of a French man’s DNA. This month, we are highlighting over 210 different types of cheese at Spiral’s L’Epicerie to further enrich the Filipino’s growing adoration for the classic French staple,” says Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila General Manager Adam Laker.
At Spiral, additional French Specialties will be served, like the Beef Tartare, Duck Confit with Lentil Cassoulet, Tartiflette, Pissaladiere, Escargots a la Bourguignonne, Chicken Supreme in Foie Gras Sauce, and Trumpet Mushroom, Petits Pois a La Francaise, Macaron, and Creme Brulee.
There will also be hundreds of cheeses available at the Spiral cheese room.
On July 28, there will be a a wine-appreciation class at Le Bar to enhance the experience with French Cocktails to tickle the palate.
