Started in 2010, Soi is a casual full-service restaurant known for its authentic Thai cuisines serving a variety of food from noodles to rice dishes to appetizers to desserts.
As for their new dishes featuring classic Filipino favorites with a Thai twist, here is the selection:
Some of the new dishes featuring local favorites are Mu Krob (Thai Fried Pork Belly), Pla Pao (Thai Grilled Tilapia), and Pad Phak (Thai Chopsuey).
Aside from the new dishes, we also got to try their best-selling ones: SukoThai, Pad Thai, Crispy Catfish with Mango Salad, Prawn Cake, Tom Yam Gung and Sticky Rice with Mango for dessert. We also got to try the Thai coolers—Vanilla Thai Tea Shake, Thai Coffee Cream Shake, and Sala Shake. If you like their spicy peanuts, they have jars of it available for sale.
Soi stays true to traditional Thai flavors, but takes into account the Filipino palate. The result is an array of dishes that are both excitingly new yet familiar, transporting you to the land of smiles with every bite. So if you’re looking for a taste of Thailand, from dining to ambiance, have the ultimate Thai experience at Soi.
