On May 6, the teaser for “Home Along Da Riles: Da Reunion” was officially released. The one-minute trailer opens with Nova Villa, reprising her role as Azon, as she expresses her deep longing for Kevin, the beloved character originally played by the late Dolphy.
Apart from Nova, the film showcases a stacked ensemble, including Claudine Barretto, Boy 2 Quizon, Vandolph, Smokey Manaloto, Gio Alvarez, Maybelyn Dela Cruz, and Dang Cruz. The film also features Pepe Herrera and Cita Astals.
The film is based on the popular sitcom “Home Along Da Riles,” which aired from 1992 until 2003.
“Home Along Da Riles: Da Reunion” is set to premiere on June 17 in local theaters.
