HOKA has introduced its F25 Koshi Tan-Tan Capsule, a limited-edition collection designed for runners looking for performance footwear and apparel that can keep up. The capsule features a black-and-gold colorway across road and trail shoes, as well as performance apparel that combines style and functionality.

This collection draws inspiration from the Japanese ekiden, a long-distance relay race known for emphasizing patience, perseverance, and teamwork. In an ekiden, runners pass a tasuki, a symbolic sash representing trust and shared effort, rather than a traditional baton.
Each leg can exceed 12 miles, with each handoff reflecting both physical endurance and mutual responsibility. The ekiden has been a part of Japanese culture since 1917, originating as a commemorative 300-mile relay from Kyoto to Tokyo, and has since expanded to schools, universities, and corporate teams, attracting large crowds and nationwide attention.
HOKA’s campaign for the Koshi Tan-Tan Capsule was shot across Japan, showcasing athletes moving together in harmony, reflecting the relay’s emphasis on teamwork. Its tagline, “Together We Fly Higher,” echoes this focus on collective effort, whether runners are chasing personal milestones or team victories.
The F25 Koshi Tan-Tan Capsule is available at HOKA stores in One Ayala Mall, GH Mall, SM Aura, Ayala Malls Manila Bay, and Trinoma, as well as select Foot Locker, Commonwealth, Sole Academy, Planet Sports, Runnr, Toby’s Sports, REV, The SM Store at SM Mall of Asia and SM Megamall, and R.O.X. in Bonifacio High Street.
