On August 8, 2025, we were invited to an exclusive evening that combined cultural immersion, culinary specialties, and a preview of a dream home come true – a glimpse of the “high life” – by Crown Asia. This was during its 30th anniversary celebration, “The High Life: Refining Modern Lifescapes,” as it cements its place as Vista Land’s foremost builder of themed residential developments and condominium properties across the archipelago.
As if the elegance and grandeur of a Brittany Palazzo ballroom weren’t enough, Crown Asia took us to greater heights with a sweeping 270-degree panoramic LED stage that immersed us in a journey. We were transported from an in-flight cabin through the scenes and stories of the American South and then on to Europe, with stops in Spain, France, and Italy. Alongside company executives, business partners, and other distinguished guests, the intimate fine dining experience reflected the hallmark structure, style, and sophistication of Crown Asia.

Everyone raised their glasses to the chairman’s statement, toasting with cocktails from The Grand Conservatory. The celebration, hosted by Aliw Awardee actress, singer, and songwriter Nicole Laurel Asensio, continued with spectacular symphonies performed by the Manila Philharmonic Orchestra. Also delivered a powerful operatic performance was Sheena Lee, an Aliw Awardee singer, songwriter, and entrepreneur, whose renditions of classic Italian arias, such as “Libiamo ne’ lieti calici” and “O Sole Mio,” resonated throughout the venue.
It was during this grand event that the latest Crown Asia themed developments—Trieste, Siena, Fiore, and Vietri—were unveiled, each a reflection of distinct Italian architecture and artistry. The culinary craftsmen of Brittany Palazzo expertly prepared a menu to match, with dishes that mirrored the charm and character of each new development, from coastal flavors to countryside fare.
Our journey began on the Adriatic Coast, where Trieste gets its name. Much like its namesake, this nearly one-hectare residential enclave of three-storey townvillas, located within the Italian-inspired Citta Italia in Bacoor City, serves as a gateway to a distinguished lifestyle.
Next, we traveled to the verdant slopes of Tuscany through Siena, a 5.9-hectare lot-only enclave also in Bacoor City. Designed to host trophy homes adorned with travertine and terra cotta, Siena recreates a rustic refinement, where wellness and tranquility are nurtured. We then explored Fiore in Dasmariñas City, where every detail blooms with purpose. The Italian word for “flowers,” Fiore, is reminiscent of the vivid hues of the Mediterranean and vibrant open spaces, reminding us that life is meant to be lived in full color.
Finally, the virtual voyage concluded in the vibrant charm of Vietri, a community inspired by the picturesque panoramas and renowned ceramic craft of Vietri sul Mare. Located in Bacoor City, this 3.6-hectare development harmonizes Amalfi architecture with lush landscapes, while colorful majolica tile accents evoke the elegance and ease of its seaside namesake.
