What is this Green Chicken, you may ask? Alternatively known as Pyanggang Manok, this chicken gets its earthy flavors from a seven-spice blend called Pampa. This spice mix, which is rubbed on the chicken, is made up of lemongrass, turmeric, ginger, onion, garlic, toasted coconut, and pepper— after which it’s slow-cooked in coconut milk. That way, the flavors to seep into the meat before being grilled. And it is good. Quite like a cross between curry and chimichurri.
To catch is that this promo kicks in on your third order of any solo specialty chicken from their restaurant. This includes their Green Chicken (the more, the merrier), the Olympus Roast, or Oswalda’s Fried Chicken— their take on fried chicken, but served with a nutty satay sauce instead of the usual gravy. Available for dine-in only, from 11 AM to 11 PM.
