The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has introduced a new way for the public to report road incidents and raise concerns involving the agency—this time through a platform that connects users more directly with its leadership.

During the Kwentuhan With LTO Chief session on April 27, 2026, LTO Chief ASec. Markus V. Lacanilao announced the launch of I-report mo kay LTO Chief, an online feedback platform for receiving complaints, suggestions, and even commendations from the public.
According to Lacanilao, the initiative aims to make it easier for people to report what they observe on the road and any concerns involving LTO personnel. He also noted that the agency does not tolerate misconduct within its ranks.
One of the platform’s key features is its direct link to the LTO chief, with submissions intended to be reviewed and routed accordingly. Reports may cover a range of concerns, including road rage incidents, reckless driving, suspected corruption or misconduct by LTO personnel, and sightings of unregistered or colorum vehicles.
In addition to complaints, users may submit feedback or suggestions to improve LTO services.
The platform also functions as a data dashboard, showing information such as the number of suspended or revoked driver’s licenses and the number of issued legal notices, such as subpoenas and show-cause orders.
I-report mo kay LTO Chief is accessible through multiple channels: via Messenger (@ireportmokayltochief), its official website (www.ireportmokayltochief.ph), and a 24/7 hotline at 1342-586.

For those planning to file a report through the website, the process is straightforward:
- Click the “Report” button on the homepage
- Fill in your personal details (full name, email, and mobile number)
- Choose the type of complaint
- Describe the incident
- Attach photos or videos, if available
- Review and agree to the privacy policy
- Submit the report
While the platform allows anonymous submissions, the LTO noted that providing contact details may help with validation, updates, and follow-ups.
Once submitted, reports are logged and reviewed, then forwarded to the appropriate LTO office when necessary. Any complaint deemed actionable will go through the agency’s standard procedures and due process.
