Philippine Cocktail Week (PHCW), presented by Maya Black, has officially landed, bringing with it the largest and most globally awarded gathering of mixology talents. PHCW is transforming the entire city into a cocktail party, featuring collaborations between 28 of the world’s most celebrated international bars and 28 of Manila’s very own finest local spots. Over four nights, four distinct neighborhoods—BGC, Makati, Poblacion, and Quezon City—will host one-night-only takeovers that pair global icons with homegrown legends.
You cannot miss out as the caliber of talent flying into Manila for this event are from the World’s 50 Best Bars and Asia’s 50 Best Bars lists.
If you’ve been dying to try the legendary agave spirits of COA (Hong Kong), the innovative flavors of Zest (Seoul), or the precision of Virtù (Tokyo), they will be here in Manila. Other heavy hitters making an appearance include Bangkok’s Vesper, Bar Us, and Dry Wave Cocktail Studio, alongside Guangzhou’s Hope & Sesame.
These international stars aren’t just guesting; they are collaborating as equals with the bars that already define Manila’s nightlife. It’s a massive exchange of culture and craft, where global techniques meet the warmth and identity of Filipino hospitality.
