For those who aren’t aware of what NFTs are, “non-fungible” means that it’s totally unique and cannot be replaced by anything else. Unlike bitcoins that are fungible, NFTs are unique tokens on the blockchain, wherein only one is the original version and you have the capacity of owning that (by purchasing it) in the hopes that its value would go up someday and you can sell it for a profit. Some would say that it’s just like collecting fine art (or any kind of art, really) in a digital form.

“I spent the last few months studying the exciting world of NFTs! It’s a new kind of digital art that is secured by blockchain technology and can take many digital forms including art, videos, and music. Basically, anything that can be stored digitally can be made into an NFT!” Heart gushed on her post, simply explaining the concept of NFTs to her friends and followers.

“These are really cool because they let a buyer prove that they are the true owner of a piece of art even if the art can be freely viewed by the public online. It’s such an interesting combination of art and technology that lets artists express themselves in a whole new way!” she added.

She then shared all about her new project which she revealed will be available on the market starting November 4, 2021.

“I am so thrilled to announce that I’ve created my very first NFTs using some of my favorite pieces! For the last few months, I’ve been collaborating with Luis Bueneventura @cryptopop, one of the first and most talented Filipino NFT artists, and Rodel Colmenar, composer of the Manila Philharmonic Orchestra,” she said. “It’s such a thrill to work with these talented artists to bring these NFT pieces to life and I’m so excited to share them with you on @opensea starting on November 4. Will be posting more information on how you can own one of these NFTs that are so special to me very soon!”
