A Ramsay Christmas offers guests a unique dining experience featuring quintessentially British fare. The six-course holiday-themed meal starts with an Amuse—bouche of Lambert Oyster, followed by a Classic Bouillabaisse & Saffron Rouille served with Lobster fricassée and clams, then an option between a Classic Waldorf Salad or Crispy Crab Cake & Oscietra Caviar.

The entrée options include Grilled Black Cod with Adlai lemon risotto or Grilled Salmon with Tuscan kale, cumin carrot purée, and meunière sauce. Mains are a choice between the showstopping Beef Wellington Rossini—a slice of MB7 Wagyu beef fillet, seared duck liver, mushroom and truffle duxelles, creamed potatoes, red wine jus, or the festive Roasted Turkey Breast with roasted winter vegetables, brussel sprouts, cranberry sauce, and turkey gravy.

For dessert, guests get to choose between Gordon’s Iconic Christmas Pudding with Brandy butter sauce or a Chocolate Mousse.

This special set menu is served only for dinner on Christmas Eve and for lunch and dinner on Christmas Day. To up the ante on the festive feels for A Ramsay Christmas, a live band and carollers will be performing favorite holiday tunes throughout the day.
The set menu is priced at Php 6,888 nett per person. Early reservations are eligible for discounts of 20% for bookings made before November 15 and 10% for reservations between November 16 and 23.
