The curated selection of eight exquisitely crafted creations is exclusively available at the Spanish-marble centerpiece bar from 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM daily. To complement the launch and in celebration of Paloma Month, three handcrafted and limited-edition Paloma cocktails in partnership with Casa Don Ramón Tequila.

House-made by the talented young culinary team at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill PH, using only the finest ingredients, guests can savor a lineup of standout bite-sized culinary confections, including the Pork Sausage Rolls, Meatballs with Creamy Polenta, Brioche Crab Rolls, and the velvety Chicken Liver & Foie Parfait.
