Netizen Kate Oliva Del Rosario posted a photo of the new student permit that LTO issued to her friend Aeron Buenaventura today September 2, 2015. They were happy about the new hard plastic PVC material that was used in making today’s student permit saying “In fairness, the student permit is no longer just a piece of paper. And the issuance is fast.”
