Whoever withdrew money a while ago at an ATM of Security Bank Jollibee Mabalacat around 7:05pm, Feb 12, 2016. He/she left but was able to unknowingly cash out Php 5800.00 worth of cash. I want to return this to him/her because I know that he/she worked hard for this. Please share. Thank you!
Some netizens point out that this may be due to a technical error. There are some instances wherein some ATMs do not dispense money, even though a withdrawal of cash was permitted.
