Xaviera Ringeling is a content strategist, lecturer and consultant. She runs Dutch content marketing consultancy ContentChefs, makes online magazines and is the editor-in- chief of Dutch blog 42bis.nl where more than 100 people publish content for web professionals. She also teaches content marketing strategy at SRM and launched Dutch crowd sourced publisher Content Collective.

Mathias Ihle was one of the three partners founding the international advertising agency Makai Europe in 2006 with one goal: to create BRAND in new ways. Today Makai Europe is focused on BTL marketing and globally known by its unusual campaigns and extraordinary projects. Apart from Makai Europe Mathias is also running two other companies and teaching creativity in German universities. Before his work at Makai Europe Mathias has worked in many different fields all over the world, e.g. as bank manager, bouncer, office assistant and a TV producer.

Francis Flores is the Global Chief Marketing Officer for Jollibee, the country’s number 1 fastfood chain. Francis has been with Jollibee Foods Corporation since 2007 when he started as a Marketing Director of Greenwich Pizza and quickly made a career. Among other positions, he has also worked as VP and Business Head of International Operations for Mainstream Markets and President of Dunkin Donuts China. Before joining Jollibee Foods Corporation, Francis worked almost ten years at Unilever where he held positions like Senior Group Brand Manager and Regional Brand Director.
CARLO OPLE Chief Digital Officer, Dentsu JaymeSyfu
Carlo Ople is a digital entrepreneur, ad man, and publisher. In 2012 he joined the DDB network under DM9 JaymeSyfu where he co-founded a digital agency called DM9 Digit. After just 3 years DM9 Digit, together with DM9 JaymeSyfu, was acquired by the biggest one brand agency in the world, Dentsu Inc. Today he serves as the Chief Digital Officer of Dentsu JaymeSyfu.
Apart from running a digital shop, he also co-founded and heads a network of websites bannered by one of the top technology websites in the Philippines, Unbox.ph. To date the site regularly gets over 1M unique visitors monthly. Prior to all of this Carlo held various executive digital positions in TV5, Friendster, and Level Up! Games.
DINDO MARZAN Managing Director & Vice President, Voyager Innovations
Dindo Marzan is the Managing Director of hatch, a mobile marketing solutions provider fueled by Voyager Innovations, Inc. (Voyager). He concurrently heads Voyager Business, the B2B sales and marketing arm of the company.
A graduate of University of the Philippines, Dindo has over 12 years extensive experience in product development and management in the fields of IT, telecommunications, and broadcast media combined. He is very knowledgeable in strategic and operational management, and has full exposure to branding and marketing communications with expertise in digital media and digital marketing.
Before he joined Voyager, Mr. Marzan was a Digital Consultant in Australia helping start-ups and SMBs on their digital strategy and online marketing. While in Melbourne, he pursued his graduate studies at RMIT University. His passion for innovation pushed him to come back to the Philippines to be part of the digital unit of PLDT, Inc. that drives the exploration and creation of disruptive services for the rapidly changing digital world.
Prior to Dindo’s Melbourne stint, he held senior positions at ABS-CBN Corporation, the largest media conglomerate in the Philippines. As the company’s Digital Strategy Head and later on Head of Digital Lifestyle, he was instrumental in the conceptualization and creation of Choose Philippines and ABS-CBN Mobile. He also handled the content operations of iWant TV, iWant Stars, and iWant Txt.
In his early years in the corporate world, Dindo has gained extensive experience in product management and marketing at Globe Telecom handling broadband solutions for businesses and unlimited voice services for consumers. He got his first taste of new innovation and business development at Mozcom, the Philippines’ First Internet Service Provider, where he created a video streaming solution that was used by Ateneo in its first ever webcasted graduation ceremony.
