Get Back Into Shape with The Six Pack Chef!
Now that the holiday season is almost over, I know that most of us, if not everyone, have gained a lot of weight. With all of the festivities and get-togethers that we had to go through during the holidays, you may not have helped stuffing a lot of bad food inside of you. Come 2015, you have probably regretted your decisions and now look at the extra pounds that you have to shed in time for summer. Good thing you can easily sign up for gym memberships and have healthy food delivered to your doorstep to get back into shape.
This 2015, The Six Pack Chef is more than ready to dominate the food delivery scene. The Six Pack Chef‘s menu is a culinary delight for everyone who wants to get back into shape. With dishes inspired by various influences, their team promises not only delicious food, but a well-composed meal that will keep you healthy, happy, and sexy all at the same time.
Karl Jude Boo, head chef and founder of the Six Pack Chef, is a culinary degree holder from Liceo de Cagayan University. Aside from his training inside of the kitchen, he is also a US-Certified personal trainer, making him even more knowledgeable in the fields of food and wellness. His love for food never stopped him from being fit. Instead of indulging in an unhealthy diet filled with sugars, fats, and excessive calories, he focused on counting the right things in his meal — fat, protein, and carbohydrates — making sure that he only eats what would make him healthy.
With all of the delivery services around the metro, one might ask “why should I bother signing up for The Six Pack Chef”? Well, aside from the fact that their food is nothing but delicious, the Six Pack Chef does not just focus on calories alone. Instead of just counting calories and cutting off food intake, they are more focused on their quality, the macro-nutrient split and the micro-nutrient count of each meal, among other things. When you order the food from them, the leaflet that comes with it actually gives you a nice breakdown of the content of the food, which is definitely helpful if you are also monitoring your intake on your own. From fat to carbs to protein to the calories that you’ll be ingesting, it’s all there in the leaflet, and you’ll never get left behind, wondering what you just ate.
The team also takes pride in making sure that they’ll be serving only the freshest food for their clients. The Six Pack Chef believes that low-carb eating is about digesting real and wholesome food, and cutting down on processed items and ingredients. With this kind of foundation, your eating experience becomes more holistic than ever.
Tonette and I were lucky enough to enjoy their meals for a day, and true to their promise, their food is wonderful! My personal favorite would be the deviled eggs, with the perfect blend of spice and fluff on the yolk. We also loved the tenderloin steak, which is filled with flavor. The meat is soft and has a really nice texture, perfect for lunch. The Lemon Chicken is also unbelievably delicious — a subtle reminder of everyone’s favorite fried chicken, but with a zesty tinge. Snacks served were carrot and celery sticks with their special mayo.
So, if you feel like you need some cleansing from the holiday feast, feel free to contact The Six Pack Chef and get back into shape and healthy eating in no time. Don’t forget to check out their blog for informative posts about fitness and diet, plus tips on how to maintain that happy, healthy bod!
