Nestled in the quiet residential streets of Marikina Heights, Fino Deli is an Italian-Spanish wine bar and delicatessen that offers a cozy fine dining experience. Its classy and warm interior was built on the foundation of a house that belonged to a former general, and the long wooden tables were made from what used to be the old house’s hardwood floors. Their spacious 80-seater restaurant has a function room that you can rent out, as well, making Fino Deli perfect for private events.
Fino Deli remains to be the only wine bar in Marikina since they opened their doors in November 2015, serving imported wines and mouthwatering dishes to their customers since then. Their main goal is to provide high quality food and service to Marikeños, and to become a fine dining staple for people living in the suburbs.

The Fino Platter allows you to create your own platter with five selections from their variety of cold cuts and cheeses, and is served with crackers and honey.
The Brie Brulèe platter, on the other hand, consists of torched brie with caramelized sugar on top, Dutch Maasdam cheese, gouda, spanish salami, and honey. The contrasting flavors complement each other well, especially when finished off with honey to elevate the taste of the cheeses.
Mozzarella Tower (P399)
Cheese lovers will love feasting on this tower of fried thinly-breaded pure mozzarella cheese topped with their signature pomodoro sauce. Their signature Mozzarella Tower is best enjoyed with friends.
Cinco Queso (P520) and Prosciutto Crudo di Parma (P580)
The Cinco Queso is their signature pizza with five different kinds of cheeses: mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, blue cheese, and parmesan on a thin, moist dough with a creamy sauce.
The Prosciutto Crudo di Parma, on the other hand, is a pizza topped with parma ham and fresh arugula salad with parmesan shavings. The flavors of the parma ham and arugula work well with the red sauce, turning every bite into an explosion of flavors.
Seafood Aglio Olio (Solo: P285; Sharing: P550)
Linguine pasta folded into fresh garlic with olive oil topped with sauteed shrimp and mussels; the Seafood Aglio Olio is an elevated version of the classic aglio olio and is one of the simplest yet best-tasting pasta recipes ever.
Chicken Pesto (Solo: P285; Sharing: P554)
Another classic pasta recipe is the Chicken Pesto, which they make from scratch with only the freshest and finest ingredients. This fettuccine pasta dish is topped with grilled chicken breast and has the perfect balance of cream and pesto.
Carbonara Souffle (P330)
Fino Deli’s Carbonara Souffle adds a twist to the classic carbonara with their signature egg souffle. The cloud-like souffle and the oozy egg yolk add to the overall taste and experience of the linguine pasta with parmesan cream sauce.
Tomahawk Porkchop (P585)
The grilled Tomahawk Pork Chop is glazed with sweet balsamic sauce and comes with their signature creamy mushroom risotto and a hearty chunk of grilled veggies.

These fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs were slowly cooked in the oven to make sure that the meat stays tender, and then glazed with their signature barbecue sauce. The Fino Ribs are served with their creamy mashed potato and corn on the cob, making it a hearty meal. The Pesto Risotto Salmone, which consists of grilled salmon fillet served with their homemade pesto risotto, heart of artichoke, and sundried tomato salsa is the perfect healthy and flavorful dish.

Fino Deli also prides itself as the only restaurant in the country that serves signature wine milkshakes. The taste of wine is not overly empowering and it complements the sweetness of the other ingredients in the milkshake.
The Strawberry Merlot consists of vanilla ice cream, fresh strawberries, milk, and merlot. The Banana Riesling consists of riesling wine, banana, ice cream, and milk. The Sangria is a classic spanish drink. Their homemade traditional Sangria is actually their best-selling drink filled with chopped fresh fruits, making it a refreshing drink for any time of the day.

For dessert fanatics, they will soon introduce a new Italian classic: the Chef’s Special Wildberry Panna Cotta, which consists of a light panna cotta, wildberries, cashew nuts, and burnt orange topped with fresh mint.
