An apple pie a day keeps the sadness at bay!

And while we may have our favorites from certain restaurants we used to frequent, I have been reminded of how nothing can ever beat one that’s freshly baked with love and care at a humble home kitchen, thanks to this delicious Apple Crumble Pie from What’s Abby Baking.
What began as a hobby of cooking and baking for family and friends turned into a passion business for 27-year-old Abby Cruz after deciding to share her delicious baked creations with the world. Described as a “one-woman kitchen (with a few helping hands on occasion),” What’s Abby Baking serves Apple Crumble Pie, a recipe she has developed and perfected for five years now, made-to-order with premium ingredients to give people the best eating experience.
Upon receiving my box, the first thing I noticed was how warm the pie is. She bakes it on the day, after all! With growing excitement, I carefully opened it and, almost instantly, the scent of fresh apples and cinnamon wafted through the air. That’s how I knew I was in for a treat.
With every bite, you first get a crumbly, crunchy, buttery top crust, before the sweet apple filling melts in your mouth with delightful tartness. Though Abby recommends eating it when it’s fresh out of the oven, I was able to enjoy it even on the succeeding days—both cold and warmed in the toaster—and I could have it again and again if I could if I’m being completely honest. Abby shared that she hopes to one day build her Crumble empire, and I won’t be surprised if she does!
What’s Abby Baking made me fall in love with Apple Crumble just in time for the holiday season.
