Last week was a sad week for most of us when we learned about one of our rock idol’s death due to alleged suicide.
Chester Bennington of Linkin Park was a huge part of my life growing up. During those emo moments when it felt like no one understands you, Linkin Park’s music served some sort of respite. I bet a lot felt the same way.
In the Philippines, Linkin Park has a huge following and on Sunday, they got together to celebrate Chester’s life. The event was held at the Lapu-Lapu Monument in Rizal Park.
Despite the rain, fans from all over went to the assembly area to remember the great rock star.
