Shared by Carlo Arreglado on Facebook, 40-year-old news anchor Zambrano knelt on one knee and proposed to 33-year-old Santos at Seda Vertis North.
Their love story began during “La Diva days” as Zambrano tells GMA News that he already had a crush on her then, but didn’t know each other yet.

Zambrano and Santos have been a couple since 2016.
