Empowerment Through Mobility Run by The Phi Kappa Mu Fraternity of the UP College of Medicine

The ETM Run supports the Empowerment Through Mobility project which has provided 4950 wheelchairs to disabled Filipinos and has helped various organizations including the Bantay Bata Foundation and the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
