Yes, really.
Dubbed by my kids as the “throne fit for a king,” the bathroom’s smart toilet quickly became one of the most talked-about features of our stay. Heated seats, a warm bidet, and an automatic open-and-close lid made every bathroom visit feel oddly luxurious.

My kids couldn’t stop talking about the macarons that were part of the welcome treats. At one point, Miguel overheard them wishing they had more. Without us asking, he later surprised them with additional macarons.
It was a simple gesture, but one that perfectly reflected the level of attentiveness we experienced throughout our stay.
From helping prepare our in-room dining setup to assisting with requests throughout the day, Miguel consistently went above and beyond.
We Didn’t Even Need to Leave for Dinner

For our first night, we decided to have dinner delivered from Benjarong straight to the Royal Suite. Miguel prepared the dining table for us, so everything felt less like room service and more like having a private dinner at home (if home happened to be a 129 sqm luxury suite in Makati).
All we had to do was sit down and enjoy.
Honestly, that’s what we appreciated most throughout the stay. The team took care of all the little details, allowing us to focus on spending time together and celebrating my mom’s birthday.

One of my personal favorite moments every morning was spotting the roaming taho guy. There’s just something comforting about enjoying freshly served taho while easing into the day.
