But what is Canva Teams?
It’s Canva Pro supercharged for organizations whose main goal is collaboration. Canva Teams retains all the fantastic features of the Pro version but with the capability for you to work together seamlessly on design projects while maintaining brand consistency and controlling who among the team gets to access, view, or edit what project. Sounds like a mouthful, but it’s essentially a shared space for an entire team to work together.
The ability to create templates, for example, has been crucial for us at When In Manila to ensure consistency among our social media posts, client decks, and more. Having our brand kit ready for use further expedites the process of editing Canva’s pre-existing templates to make them our own.

Shared folders, which is yet another feature on Canva Teams, keep all our assets organized and accessible to each team member, wherever and whenever. Having to track changes made on specific projects and having the option to revert to previous versions has also been incredibly useful.
We’ve also maximized plenty of Canva’s AI-powered design tools, and we can honestly say that we can no longer live without them. The Magic Eraser, background remover, and AI image generator have saved us so much time and effort in creating graphics and editing photos.
