Buttermilk Ricotta Pancake – PHP 390.00 – Served with assorted fresh fruits, berries, seeds, maple butter syrup, and cereal crunch. In my honest opinion, this was the show stopper. If you are looking for the best pancake in Manila, give it up, we found it here. The best way to describe the pancake is that it has the texture of a very good Japanese cheesecake! With the different flavors and textures mixed in this dish, it was really hard to not share about this dish.
From the breakfast menu, some items are served with coffee or breakfast tea.
Cuban Cheese Roll
Blueberry Crumble Croissant
Crème Brûlée Croissant
Salted Egg Croissant
The salted egg croissant had a surprisingly sweet filling and the mild saltiness of the salted egg gave it a distinct and pleasant flavor. The blueberry crumble croissant was delicious and reminiscent of a good pie due to the crumble; but the two that stood out the most was the crème brûlée croissant due to the elegance and the burnt caramel flavor of the tuile and the savory and light Cuban cheese roll.
From this point on, I think I would definitely pick the Cuban cheese roll the most whenever I visit and partner it with any of their coffee.
It was a wonderful breakfast; I give it a 10/10! Surely I will visit again. There are items I’ve yet to try especially that mouth watering French toast I saw being served at the next table. I also had my eye on that Iberico hamon on display the entire time. Maybe my next visit will be for lunch or dinner and you can bank on it that I’ll savor the king of all hams sooner or later.
