The participation of LTB Philippines Davao Chapter, led by founding president Salome San Jose, continues to shape how the local culinary community connects and learns. Over the years, LTB has helped Davao chefs and educators gain exposure through events like the WorldChefs Congress in Singapore, an experience that highlighted both how far the city has come and how much more potential there is to unlock.

One of the biggest insights this year is how much culinary education in Davao is evolving. According to Chef Bambi of Le Culinaire, international exposure has shown local institutions that there’s more room for growth; whether it’s in technique, efficiency, or flavor development.

Held at SM Lanang on May 22 and 23, the 2025 edition is designed to be more accessible and experiential. Each live cooking demonstration is an opportunity for aspiring chefs, hobbyists, and curious foodies to learn straight from some of the country’s best.
