A few months ago, it was revealed that 20th Century Fox would be releasing a new movie called ‘New Mutants’ to feed our geeky hearts. Not much news has been released since then, but comingsoon.net was able to talk to Anya Taylor-Joy (The Witch) recently, and it seems that she has confirmed that it will start production this year. Apparently, she also said that James McAvoy is confirmed to be a part of it! Yes!!!
‘New Mutants’ is said to be an adaptation of the ‘New Mutants’ comic books of the 80s, where teenage mutants are being trained to become real superheroes. The feature is set to be directed by Josh Boone. Some rumored cast members include Nat Wolff as Cannonball and Maisie Williams as Wolfsbane.
