Their specialty is their Smoked Higante Ribs which features a giant slab of pork ribs that has been rubbed with their special spices and then slow-cooked and smoked to perfection for 10 hours. Grabe. It’s garnished with delicious vegetables and their special sauce.
Tio Paeng’s other crowd pleaser is their Smoked Lechon Manok- every bit as juicy and as tender as their famous ribs. When we got to taste both, we were floored by how rich and flavorful the meats were–and how higante the portions truly were. With a party pack from Tio Paeng’s, you’d be able to have a fiesta!
Along with the ribs and chicken, Tio Paeng’s offers 7 delicious sides to choose from: Plain Rice, Dirty Rice, Java Rice, Cuban Corn, Mashed Potato, Rosemary Potato, and, our personal favorite, Mac and Cheese! Mixed with generous helpings of bacon bits and finished off with a kick of spice, the Mac and Cheese is so good, you can eat it on its own.
To top it all off, each portion of smoked meat is served with a special sauce designed to heighten and enhance the flavor of the meat to ensure a delightful gastronomic experience for one and all!
