Previously in Madame Tussauds Singapore, Catriona Gray’s wax figure has been moved to a new location! It is now in the attraction’s flagship branch, Madame Tussauds Hong Kong, joining the wax figures of fellow Filipino icons Pia Wurtzbach and Manny Pacquiao!
With Catriona herself gracing the event, this marks the first time that a wax figure was launched in Hong Kong with the presence of the Filipino artist. If you recall, Wurtzbach’s wax figure was launched in Manila, while Pacquiao’s was unveiled virtually during the pandemic.
“My twin is turning out to be a world traveler (just like me) with her second stop: HONG KONG,” she announced on Instagram and invited everyone, “So if ever you’re planning on visiting Hong Kong, add Madame Tussauds HongKong to your itinerary! Don’t forget to tag me in your lava walk vids!”

She also expressed her gratitude in the post to the organizers and the people who flew all the way to the country for this event, even though they had to adjust it a day earlier due to an incoming typhoon.
In another post, Catriona claimed she is “Proudly Pinoy.”
Meanwhile, Wurtzbach greeted her in the comments section saying, “Hello, housemate!”

A special meet and greet was also held during the unveiling of the Miss Universe 2018’s wax figure, joined by the Filipino community in Hong Kong.
Aside from the wax figures of the three internationally renowned Filipinos, Madame Tussauds Hong Kong also houses those of Korean superstars Suzy Bae, Kim Soo-Hyun, and Bae Yong Joon; global music icons like Ed Sheeran, Lady Gaga, and Ariana Grande; as well as timeless personalities like Marilyn Monroe and Audrey Hepburn.
