BTS earns another Guinness World Record title

K-pop group BTS has added yet another Guinness World Record title to their collection. Last July 22, Guinness World Records announced that BTS earned the title for “Most Viewers for a Livestream Music Concert”.

They achieved this record through their online concert “BANG BANG CON: The Live,” which streamed live on June 14. It reportedly had 756,600 viewers from 107 different regions around the world.

The official number of viewers of the concert in the Guinness World Record books stands at 756,000 from 107 countries around the world.

The pay-per-view concert was made available through Big Hit Entertainment’s platform WeVerse and the U.S.-based live-streaming company Kiswe Mobile.

BTS has earned themselves a number of other Guinness World Record titles including “Most Viewed YouTube Video in 24 Hours”, “Fastest Time to Reach 1 Million Followers on TikTok”, and “Most Twitter Engagements”, among others.
