Boxing Legend Muhammad Ali Passes Away

“The Greatest” has gone on.

Boxing icon Muhammad Ali has died at a hospital in Arizona USA, where he was being treated for respiratory complications. Ali was 74.

The boxer has suffered from Parkinson’s Disease for three decades, and was admitted to the hospital Thursday where he was reportedly in fair condition, but his health had taken a turn for the worse come Friday.

Known for his quotes such as “Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee”, and for championing civil rights, Ali will be remembered as one of the most famous boxing figures, with memorable fights such as “Thrilla in Manila”.

After retiring in 1981, Ali had a record of 56 wins, 5 losses and 37 knockouts.

He was inducted into the Boxing Hall of Fame in 1990, where he held the title “The Greatest”.

The world will miss you, Muhammad Ali. RIP.
