BLINKs, rejoice! BLACKPINK is set to return in your area! The K-pop girl group is making its comeback along with a world tour in 2025, YG Entertainment founder Yang Hyun-suk confirmed.

In a video announcement, Hyun-suk shared their plans for 2025, which include the highly anticipated comeback of BLACKPINK. He also said the group will start its world tour next year. However, he didn’t disclose further details yet.
“I can’t say we have specific plans yet, but I think a lot of artists will be active simultaneously. There will be a highly anticipated comeback from BLACKPINK, and it will also be the year BLACKPINK starts their world tour,” he noted.
Aside from BLACKPINK, 2NE1 is also making a comeback with concerts this year to celebrate their 15th anniversary! Meanwhile, TREASURE and BABYMONSTER will both have their world tour in 2025.
BLACKPINK’s most recent release was their sophomore studio album, “Born Pink,” in 2022. They renewed their contracts with YG Entertainment for group activities only in 2023. Members Jennie, Lisa, and Jisoo established their own agencies, while Rosé signed with The Black Label.
The group is known for its hits “Kill This Love,” “BOOMBAYAH,” “Pink Venom,” and “How You Like That.”
