Biden Closes in on the Elections and Trump Has a Lot to Say About It on Twitter

ICYMI, the US elections were held on November 3, but the world is still on its toes as the results are being counted to this day.

With Democratic Party candidate Joe Biden securing about 50.5% votes as of writing (based on live updates from The Associated Press), current US President and Republican Party candidate Donald Trump has some choice words to say over Twitter.

“STOP THE COUNT!” he tweeted in reference to his claims that the mail-in ballots are fraudulent, along with other tweets that Twitter describes as “disputed and might be misleading about an election or other civic process.”

“If you count the legal votes, I easily win,” he said. “If you count the illegal votes, they can try to steal the election from us.”

“I’ve already decisively won in many critical states, including massive victories in Florida, Iowa, Indiana, and Ohio,” he added in a recent video tweet.

Claiming that he won despite “historic interference from big media, big money, and big tech,” he remains firm on his belief that the polls “got it wrong.”

Trump’s complaints have been centered around the integrity of the increased number of ballots that were sent via post, as opposed to be ing cast in person during Election Day itself. However, the transition to postal ballots this year was due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, which has already killed more than 230,000 Americans.
