Months after she left the Philippines for unknown reasons, Bela Padilla has announced that she has officially moved to London.
On Twitter, the young actress revealed that she settled down in the Home of the Big Ben “a few months ago” but took time to adjust to her new life before confirming the news to the public.
“So, I moved to London a few months ago. And I tried to find my footing first before sharing what it’s really like,” she wrote. “Now, I’m ready to let you [into] my life and tell you more about it! Ask me anything you’d like to know about my move and I’ll answer as much as I can in a video.”
Bela is half-British and has a family in the United Kingdom with whom she has been spending time in the past few months. Her move also makes her much closer to her Swiss boyfriend Norman Bay, who replied to her tweet with “I’m just happy I get to see [you] a lot more nowadays (kiss emoji).”

It is unclear if this means that she’s bidding her showbiz career goodbye. Prior to her move, Bela starred in the 2020 film “On Vodka, Beers, and Regrets” and the music video for Ben&Ben’s “Magpahinga.” She was also busy directing her first movie “366” which will premiere soon.
