BLACKPINK is rapidly taking America by storm and stealing hearts of not only the locals new to the KPOP genre but also of pop artists and musicians as well — including Ariana Grande.
Ever since BLACKPINK was set to perform at Coachella Music and Arts Festival, Ariana Grande has been gushing over them nonstop. In one of her Instagram photos, she replied to a comment asking her why she didn’t meet up with the girl group. She said that they performed on different days and that she really hopes to meet them and watch their set soon. “They are so great,” she added.

She also shared on her Instagram stories that she attended Coachella’s opening day (the first day of BLACKPINK’s performance) as part of the audience, and wrote as text “p.s. were late bc i had an anxiety attack I’m so sad ily blackpink.”

But it seems like Ariana didn’t have to wait so long to meet BLACKPINK because she finally took to Instagram to share a snap with the KPOP group (minus Jisoo).

The three were also caught sporting Ariana’s “NASA” merch backstage at Coachella.
