Your Health Checklist is the first of many tips and tricks included in the app’s updates. This tab provides a detailed overview of the progress you’ve made with the active health features on your gadget. Say goodbye to your messed-up body clock and inconsistent rest hours, because the Health app’s Sleep feature will help you find the most effective ways to replenish your energy every night. In line with the new iOS 26.4 update, you can now view your average bedtime hours and adjust your sleep schedule accordingly.
The Health app’s Sleep update also lets you ditch the late-night “doom-scrolling” and stay distraction-free throughout bedtime. You can toggle and customize the Sleep focus widget on your home screen to quickly access your go-to meditations and podcasts for a restful night.
Mental Wellbeing
You can’t take care of your overall health without finding time for mindfulness. Even the simplest efforts to improve your mental health can go a long way, and the new Mind Focus update can attest to that. Activating this setting on your iPhone will keep notifications to a minimum and eliminate distractions to train your focus.
If you’ve always wanted to try journaling, but don’t know how to start, the State of Mind feature has you covered. This digital diary is a safe space for all the moods, emotions, and reflections that impact your day. You can also document your day-to-day wellness factors, such as exercise and sleep.
Cycle Tracking

Knowing your menstrual cycle is essential to staying healthy and mindful in all ways. With the Cycle Tracking feature, you can monitor your periods and symptoms, as well as receive notifications about any clinically significant deviations in your cycle.
The Health app now provides a quick, no-fuss summary of your cycle, including your last menstrual period and its typical length, along with a document that you can share with your doctor for more informed conversations.
Medication Trackers
From daily supplements to prescriptions, the Health app has special trackers for all the medications and vitamins you take. The app notifies you when it’s time to take one and makes use of customizable tidbits that’ll help you distinguish them easily.
