Angelica Panganiban got candid on her struggles in breastfeeding, which she said was the hardest part of motherhood.
On Instagram, she opened up about her breastfeeding journey along with photos of her feeding her daughter, Amila Sabine.
“Kapag may nagtatanong sakin ano ang pinaka mahirap na stage ng motherhood, mabilis kong nasasagot. BREASTFEEDING. But… ito rin ang pinaka fulfilling sa lahat.” [sic] she wrote.

The celebrity mom admitted that she almost gave up after a week of breastfeeding but reminded herself that if other mothers can do it, she can, too.
In line with the recently concluded National Breastfeeding Month in August, Panganiban thanked and commended her fellow moms who inspired her.
She added, “Kaya naman salamat sa lahat ng ina na naging inspirasyon ko at Lifeline ko. Sa mga panahon na duguan at puyat na puyat na ko. Salamat sa inyo. Masaya akong nakikiisa sa breastfeeding awareness month.”

The 36-year-old concluded her post with a touching note, “Nagmamahal, inang may paltos, inang puyat, inang hawak ng anak ang oras. Pero inang masaya at kilig na kilig sa tuwing hinahanap ng anak.”

Panganiban has been open about her motherhood and breastfeeding journey. In April, she shared a photo of herself sitting on a stroller while breastfeeding Amila.
She also previously talked about her realizations as a first time mom as well as her challenges when she started breastfeeding. In October 2022, Panganiban got engaged to her non-showbiz partner, Gregg Homan, and they welcomed Amila in September the same year.
