Andi Eigenmann penned a heartfelt tribute letter to her late mother, Jaclyn Jose. On Instagram, she shared photos of flowers, a black butterfly, and the veteran actress’ memorial.
In the caption, she expressed gratitude to Jaclyn for always guiding them.
“Higit pa sa sapat ang itinira mong pagmamahal para kami ay hindi mangulila. Habang buhay kong dadalhin ang iyong mga ala-ala. Maraming salamat sa iyong gabay, Nay [Your love is more than enough for us not to feel empty. I will carry your memories for the rest of my life. Thank you so much for your guidance, mom],” she wrote.

Andi also emphasized that she will always remember her mother’s presence, “Sa kahit saang parte ng aking buhay parati kitang madarama. Parati kitang makikita. Ika’y nasa araw, sa ulan, at sa hanging aking nilalasap. Umaawit ng kantang puno ng pag-asa at ligaya [In any part of my life, I will always feel your presence. I will always see you. You are in the sun, in the rain, and in the wind that I breathe. Singing a song full of hope and joy].”
“Wala na ang sakit. Wala na ang takot. Matatanaw pa rin kita sa mga ulap, at maririnig ang mga bulong ng iyong pagmamahal. Magkikita din tayong muli. Sa ngayon diringgin ko muna ang iyong mga awit. Nasa paraiso ka na, Nanay. Pahinga ka na [The pain is gone. The fear is gone. I can still see you in the clouds and hear the whispers of your love. We’ll meet again. For now, I will listen to your songs. You’re in paradise now, mom. Take a rest],” she added.
Jaclyn was reportedly brought to her final resting place on March 10. She passed away at the age of 60 on March 2 due to a heart attack.
