Mega Fashion Crew Mall Tour: Allison Harvard Meets Up with Fans in Manila
When in Manila, Allison Harvard of America’s Next Top Model captured the hearts of Filipino fans! I have personally witnessed it during the Mega Fashion Crew Mall Tour and Meet & Greet that happened last December 7th, in SM The Block presented by One Mega Group’s TV100 and L’Oreal Paris Philippines.

We all know that Allison or Allie is here to stay in Manila as a host of Mega Fashion Crew Season 3, with equally charming, One Mega Fashion Executive Director, Suki Salvador. Read When in Manila’s interview with Allie here.
I knew it was not a normal Saturday as the SM The Block activity area was crowded with gals (clad in the most fashionable clothes!) and guys lining up at the L’Oreal Philippines’ booths. Why not? L’Oreal Philippines offered free makeovers and gave away VIP Passes to meet Allison and Suki to the first 150 buyers of L’Oreal products.
Nicole Andersson (oh I love her!) hosted the event and welcomed the L’Oreal Philippines Team. They introduced the L’Oreal products – from skin care, hair and make-up.
The Mega Fashion Crew contestants were also in the event. I loved everyone’s spunk, flair and style!
It was the best time to test the contestants’ skills in styling – they were divided into 3 teams, and they were tasked to pick a model from the audience, glam them up with L’Oreal products and take amazing shots to produce a Parisian-inspired look. The timer started ticking, they were only given 30 minutes!
After the challenge, who do you think would be the best people to judge the look? It is Allison Harvard and Suki Salvador!
People couldn’t wait to see Allison. Everything was set – camera ready, video recording on, wide smiles and lots of hellos! I also couldn’t wait in my seat!
When the crowd started cheering, that was the signal that Allison Harvard and Suki Salvador had finally arrived! There she goes, clad in a red dress – she looks;so (like my friend said) unreal – like a doll!
The America’s Next Top Model alumna who I only get to see on TV was right in front of me, waving to her fans, and smiling in every camera.
With her every turn, she looks as if she is posing and giving effortless projection that equates to more crowd cheering. If I were a celebrity, I would love Filipino fans. Filipinos make good fans! Really! I cannot blame these kids; Allison is so easy to adore and love. I became a fan in an instant!
