Digital travel platform, Agoda, has observed a remarkable 8.7x search increase for accommodations in Singapore during Coldplayโ€™s concert series in January 2024. The surge is driven mainly by neighboring countries Malaysia and Indonesia, but based on Agodaโ€™s search data Singapore can also expect more travelers from Hong Kong, Thailand, USA, Australia, Vietnam, India, Philippines, and many other markets.ย 

The significant upswing aligns with ticket releases for the highly anticipated six-day Coldplay concert series, demonstrating the undeniable power of music as a major travel motivator. With six shows, Singapore will be the main stop in Asia during Coldplayโ€™s โ€˜Music of the Spheres World Tourโ€™.
