On Instagram, Danielle shared individual portraits of herself along with a reflective message.

“Life gets cloudy sometimes, but the light always finds its way back in,” she wrote.
“Until then, keep shining. Forever grateful,” she added.
Across NewJeans’ official social media pages, it posted new individual and group portraits of members Haerin, Hyein, Minji, and Hanni, alongside a 59-second video titled “2026 Summer of NewJeans.” These posts marked the group’s first official content in about 16 months.
After a lengthy legal dispute over their exclusive contracts, the members lost their first trial in October 2025. While members Haerin, Hyein, Minji, and Hanni were able to resume their activities with ADOR, the label officially terminated Danielle’s contract.
