According to Pasig City’s official Facebook Page (@PasigCityPinas), they are offering free weddings! All you have to do is complete these requirements and submit them to the Office of the Mayor, 8th floor, Pasig City Hall:
- 3 copies of 1×1 picture (both)
- CENOMAR or Certificate of No Marriage from NSO (both)
- Community Tax Certificate or Cedula (both)
- Birth Certificate from NSO (both)
- Barangay Certificate (both)
- Parental Concern (both)
- Valid ID [driver’s license, passport, SSS UMID Card, PhilHealth ID, TIN Card, Postal ID, Voter’s ID, PRC ID, Senior Citizen ID, or OFW ID] (both)
- Marriage license (own expense)

As for the deadline and exclusivity of the free wedding to residents, the page has yet to respond.
