New coin designs are coming!
Dubbed as New Generation Coin Series (NGC), the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) gave a sneak peek on the new coins via an Instagram video.
They said that the new coins are “Matibay. Maganda. Mahalaga.” (Rough translation: Durable. Beautiful. Valuable.)
They captioned the post with: “The New Generation Currency (NGC) Coin Series are coming: Baryang Kayamanan, Tanda ng Kasarinlan #NGCcoins”
