The Cranberries lead singer, Dolores O’Riordan suddenly dies at 46, her publicist confirmed.

Originally from Limerick, the Irish singer was “pronounced dead” at a hotel in Park Lane. According to several websites, the hotel called the police on Monday because of “a woman in her mid-40s” was pronounced dead.

The reason for her death is still unknown.

The family and relatives are devastated and asked for privacy at this difficult moment.

The fans and fellow musicians are paying tribute by posting heartfelt sympathies on Twitter.

Other celebrities like James Corden, who said meeting her when he was 15 years old “made his day.”
