7. Your Imagination is Your Limit:
There are, from the most basic combination, 1491 ways you can personalize your drink with by becoming a ScienTea-st with Experiment (P115). The more adventurous you are, the more flavors you get for a grand total of 17,892 unique blends of teas, flavors, and particles. You can mix and match them all until you get that perfect blend of flavors you can call your own.
But more importantly, share your unique flavor combinations and you might just find your drink in Chemiste’s “Experiment of the Week.”
6. Take an Asian Trip:
At Chemistea you can get more than the usual Taiwan tea. Here, you can get house-blended milk teas from Asia (starting at P90) with Nai Cha from Hong Kong, Cha Yen from Thailand, Masala Chai from India, and Matcha Latte from Japan.
5. Coffee, Coco and All that’s Cool:
You know that Milo Dinosaur from Singapore? The Mad ScienTea-sts from Chemistea put their own spin on the popular Singapore drink by giving it their own twist, 3 different ways. Not a fan of chocolate or tea? No problem! They also have coffee formulas from the simple Americano to a DIY Café Latte.
And if that’s not enough, Chemistea also has drinkable cakes like the Black Forest (P135) and Red Velvet (P130) from their Aurum collection.
4. Not Your Ordinary Milk Tea:
Chemiste’s Taiwanese milk tea don’t skimp on the tea part of the mix. And because you can determine your drink’s tea strength instead of sweetness level, you can taste more than sweetness. The teas enhance the flavors of English toffee, macadamia, salted caramel, etc. that will leave an impression on your taste buds.
3. THE Cheesecake and Other Really Good Munchies:
Chemistea has one of the best cheesecakes in the market. Made from pure cream cheese with no extenders, some patrons come for the tea but keep coming back for the cheesecake. You have to be quick though. The cheesecakes run out quickly.
Not a fan of cheesecake? You can choose from other pastries like Chookies (chocolate chip cookies), brownies, etc.
2. Making Geeks the New Cool:
If you haven’t figured it out by now, Chemistry and science is the theme of this café that will make you feel at home. Not a geek? You can have a taste of how fun being one could be with one pastime that all geeks consider their own: games. Chemistea has a small collection of games from the simple Ice Breaker to the really geeky Arkham Horror. If these games are not your cup of tea then visit their larger collection at Dyce n Dyne at Pasig.
And if you’re not a fan of games, you can still have fun writing on or reading the contents of the freedom wall, or reading the books and magazines on the rack.
