All that eating has probably gotten you bursting around the belly, so why not sweat off all the grub with an hour or two at Sandbox? It’s a great prep to get you ready for all the eating you’ll be doing later!

2. Korean Faves at Crowing Chicken

Crowing Chicken’s Yang Neom Chicken

Angeles, Pampanga has its own version of the cult favorite sweet and spicy chicken, and it tastes almost exactly like the original! Crowing Chicken is a small, unassuming Korean restaurant off the side of Friendship Road, offering classic Korean dishes. We got to try their Yang Neom Chicken (sweet and spicy chicken), Korean fried chicken, and Rameon. As expected, almost every dish was spicy!

Crowing Chicken’s Mixed Seafood

Their mixed seafood dish is served in a plastic bag and is ideally eaten with your hands! The seafood is adequately seasoned, though I wish they threw in a fresher batch of crabs.

Truffled Mushroom Pasta

Halfway through our meal, I was wondering why this restaurant still hasn’t put away their Christmas decor after almost half a year. It was then that I realized that Cafe Noelle was, in fact, a Christmas-themed restaurant! The charming concept is flawlessly executed with the entire place giving off a nostalgic Christmas eve vibe. Their menu boasts of an array of comfort food to complete the cozy, homely experience.
