Vogue Philippines launched the third edition of its signature event Vogue Threads, which weaves Filipino culture, creativity, and community into the world. Following its debut in Paris last year, Vogue Threads 2025 is a seven-day exhibition and series dedicated to celebrating the power of visual storytelling, artistry, and collaboration.

Held on the third floor of RCBC Plaza in Makati, the opening day gathered creatives, both established and emerging, from fashion, beauty, and art for an inspiring celebration of Philippine culture and artistry.
Vogue Threads Manila 2025 has a dynamic slate of activities and experiences, from masterclasses to casting call to a portfolio review. This provides opportunities for discovery, mentorship, and growth, nurturing the next generation of Filipino talent.
“We are honored to spotlight over 50 images from our past years,” says Vogue Philippines editor-in-chief Bea Valdes in her opening speech, “images that are both deeply individual and profoundly collective. Our platforms are a space where identity is not imposed but authored.”
Photo Exhibition
Curated by Miguel Rosales, this features more than 50 photographs that offer audiences the diversity of the Filipino perspective. Works by Sharif Hamza, Mark Nicdao, Mark Seliger, Archie Geotina, and others will be available for purchase, with proceeds supporting the Vogue Philippines Fashion Fund. Dedicated to empowering the next generation of Filipino talent in fashion, art, and culture, this initiative will donate to Fashion + Art + Business (F.A.B) Creatives, which was co-founded Jojie Lloren.
Masterclasses
Vogue Threads offers six days of masterclasses and panels, bringing together voices across industries. These include designers Inno Sotto and Rajo Laurel, as well as photographers Neal Oshima, Artu Nepomuceno, and Shaira Luna. The program also features the founding members of Propaganda, the pioneering fashion and beauty collective in the Philippines; Jay Lozada, Jing Monis, Juan Sarte, Marlon Rivera, and Cristine “Ting” Duque will reflect on the group’s beginnings in the 1990s and share their perspectives on Manila’s dynamic and evolving creative landscape.
Portfolio Review
Vogue Philippines invites emerging creatives, including photographers, fashion designers, stylists, illustrators, production designers, and writers, to present their work for evaluation by seasoned industry professionals. This provides an opportunity to gain valuable feedback, insights, and mentorship, encouraging growth and dialogue within the creative community.
Vogue Faces
Vogue Philippines is hosting a casting call for aspiring models to showcase and share their individuality and story. Selected participants may be considered for upcoming editorial features and projects.
