There’s no denying that Nadine Lustre’s beautiful morena glow easily makes her the queen of the no makeup look.
Want to be like her and stay fresh in the summer? Here’s how.
6. Drink up!
Keeping yourself hydrated in the heat can do amazing things to your body. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day will wash away toxins and make your skin glisten naturally. (Fun fact: coconut water is skin food too!)

5. Stop skipping sunscreen
Remember how our moms always reminded us to put on sun block? Well, mothers know best—other than protecting you from the harmful rays of the sun, sunscreen actually helps prevent skin discoloration and slows down the development of wrinkles. Whether at the beach or not, sunscreen is your best friend.

4. Give your lips some lovin’
During the summer, try to keep away from shiny lip gloss and opt for a matte lip balm instead. A moisturizing lip balm with an SPF of at least 15 will protect your lips from the sun, and will even keep them looking soft and luscious.

3. Let your skin breathe
On hot and humid days, go easy on the makeup—skip the heavy foundation and keep it light and fresh so your skin can breathe. We love the way Nadine Lustre pulls off the no makeup makeup look.

2. Bring out the bronzer
Summer is the perfect time to play around with bronze and orange hues! Get that perfect summer glow by applying a trusty bronzer across your forehead and on the top of your cheeks.

1. Sweat it out
Finally, get sweating to flush out dirt and toxins from your body. There’s a certain glow that only exercise can give your skin. In need of more motivation to start working out? Three words: Nadine’s beach body.
