1. Unique cocktails with long conversations
This is how I discovered Rocket Room. I was talking to my good friend about how all mojitos taste the same. Wherever you go, whatever bar you go to (as Mojitos are my favorite) she said she knows of a place that has a refreshing drink that was somewhat “spicy”. She took me here and gave me “Rocket Fuel” which is their signature drink. A blend of silver tequila, triple sec and their “liquid fire.” It wasn’t really “spicy” per se but it had a kick to it which was amazing. Their secret is that they have a special vodka they make in house called “liquid fire” which is a blend of jalapeno pepper with vodka. Please don’t leave Rocket Room without trying their Rocket Fuel.
They also have a new cocktail line up from their Tiki Bar that will make you recall island life in every sip. This is their “Tiki Torch” it’s a blend of coconut rum, casis, peach schnapps and pineapple juices. They also torch a lemon right in front of you with cinnamon powder for added drama.
If that’s not enough reason to try Rocket Room here’s their famous warm chocolate and raspberry cake with salt, sugar and ice cream.
