Another reason why I adore Novotel Manila Araneta Center  is because of Food Exchange Manila especially their Indian station. If you love eating at buffets, then I’m sure the Food Exchange Manila will be your next favorite! The place may not look as grand or as big as other hotel restos, but wait ’til you experience their dishes. Every station features meticulously prepared food by a group of dedicated chefs that specialize in a particular cuisine, to ensure guests can enjoy a more authentic experience.
They have an impressive selection of international dishes that are different from the ones I usually see in typical buffets.
Meet Chef Rajan: the one who made me appreciate Indian food! His dishes are simply to-die-for!
I’ve never seen so many Pinoys queuing for Indian food before! Chef Rajan sure made Indian dishes more interesting for Pinoys. *slowclaps*
Perhaps the secret is by showcasing an array authentic tasting Indian dishes that are so interestingly delightful to the tastebuds. I found myself visiting the Indian station over and over. His dishes are so damn good, I never thought of eating out the hotel anymore. Chef Rajan is indeed one badass cook and I highly recommend you try it asap! The entire team of the Food Exchange Manila deserve a standing ovation!
