Assorted tandoori and many other Indian food choices

2. The Selections
Now, back to those eight buffet stations. While most buffet restaurants are all about extravagance and exaggeration, The Pantry gives the buffet a more wholesome and substantial approach. It does away with the bells and whistles (i.e., excessive food for the sake of excess) and focuses on a significantly broad yet especially curated selection of classic dishes and luxurious treats done exceptionally well. In the buffet is an actual lechon pit where you can see a mouth-watering suckling pig roasting to a crisp then promptly delivered to the carving station, artisanal pizzas cooked in a brick oven, an extensive array of curries and tandoori-cooked meats at the Indian section, fresh scallops, prawns, crayfish and lobsters cooked to your liking, a Tomahawk steak carving station, stir-fried delights cooked upon request at the Chinese station, and a divine dessert spread.

1. The Salad Bar!
Now, the salad selection isn’t usually a buffet’s strong point. I personally am not a big salad fan myself, but I’ve actually enjoyed The Pantry’s salad spread the most out of all its dining stations. Why? Because everything was JUST. SO. FRESH. And delicious! This is because most of The Pantry’s selection features locally grown produce, which ensures that their dishes are at their peak of flavor and freshness. It just goes to show that The Pantry does take their food’s quality very seriously.
