Happy first birthday to The Pantry!
Dusit Thani’s The Pantry just celebrated its first birthday, and we were amongst the happy (hungry) well-wishers who got to celebrate the special occasion with them! Known for their unique “farm-to-fork” concept and wholesome yet flavorful buffet selection, the Pantry is one of the few special buffet spreads worth trying in Manila. Here are three (really, three is all you need) reasons why:

3. The Setup
Set in a bright and airy space are The Pantry’s eight buffet stations. Everything about their homely setup invokes a leisurely yet elegant dining experience, from their deli-inspired station designs and floor-to-ceiling windows that let heaps of light in, to the heavy use of light wood, rustic tiles, and marble fixtures. It’s the type of place that invites you slow down, and take your time in savoring your meal.
